IRAQ MISSION

Introduction

Christ the King Church in Santa Barbara sent The Reverend Canon Brian Cox to work with Christian, Yazidi, Shabak and Turkmen leaders in Iraq in the effort to return and rebuild the Nineveh Plains following the defeat of ISIS. This mission was part of the Isaiah 19 Project and is an initiative of the Faith-Based Reconciliation Foundation led by Canon Brian Cox and Bassam Ishak.

  • Facilitate, mediate and advocate conflict-prevention and resolution by providing subject matter experts and supporting organizations in the fields of religious and international diplomacy.
